Quick help for buying, selling, accounts, messages and live auctions on Used Dudley.

Posting an advert

  • Go to Create Advert, add your title, price, location, phone number, description and photos.
  • Keep the generated edit password safe. You need it to edit password-only adverts.
  • Seller account adverts appear in your seller dashboard automatically.

Seller accounts

  • A seller account lets you manage adverts without typing the advert password every time.
  • Seller profiles can show ratings, reviews, business details, banners and daily status posts.
  • You can message other account sellers through the built-in message system.

Live auctions

  • Live auctions last 60 minutes.
  • Auctions unlock once a seller has 5 sold adverts.
  • Seller details stay hidden during auctions. Winners are connected to the seller by messages if the reserve is met.

Recently viewed and favourites

  • Favourites and recently viewed adverts are saved on your device.
  • Deleted adverts are cleaned out automatically from recents.
  • Clearing browser data may remove local favourites and recent adverts.
