The straightforward rules that help keep Used Dudley useful, safe and fair for local buyers and sellers.
Be honest, sell only what you are entitled to sell, treat people properly and check an item before money changes hands. Used Dudley provides the local platform but is not the buyer, seller, payment provider or delivery company.

These terms apply to visitors, private sellers, business sellers and account holders. Some features may include additional instructions shown at the point of use.
What Used Dudley does
Used Dudley helps people publish listings, discover local items and communicate. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Used Dudley is not a party to any sale and does not take possession of items.
Marketplace payments, deposits, delivery, collection, warranties or refunds between users.
Checking the item, the other party, the agreed price, collection arrangements and whether a transaction is suitable.

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and communicate respectfully. You must not:

Trading status
Business sellers must identify and present themselves accurately, provide information required by law and respect applicable consumer rights. A business must not pretend to be a private seller.
Rights can differ when buying from a business rather than a private individual. Used Dudley does not replace independent legal or consumer advice.
What you publish
You remain responsible for content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
You give Used Dudley permission to store, display, resize and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and promote the marketplace or the relevant listing. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for necessary backups, legal records or content already shared outside the service.
Protecting the service
Used Dudley may review, hide, restrict or remove adverts, accounts, messages, reviews, comments, statuses or community posts that break these terms, create risk or damage the marketplace.
Serious or repeated misuse may result in account restriction or deletion. Reports may be kept long enough to investigate issues and prevent repeat abuse.
Service limits
Used Dudley is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee that every advert is accurate, that every user is genuine or that the website will always be uninterrupted.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
